Making and sharing food is one of the most fundamental things social humanity does. It has taken us a very long time to understand well the relationship between food and health, although there has likely always been some degree of comprehension that some things are better food than other things.
I enjoy developing, preparing, and sharing recipes that are more nutritious than the more common versions (see “Mexican coffee”), but also enjoy those that are simply delicious and pleasureable (see “Ice cream”!). All my recipes are the result of research and experimentation.
