Documents, articles, and handouts on Mental Health
topics
The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind. ~ William James
No patient will ever recover his health merely from the description of a medicine. ~ Hitopadesa
Documents and information offered here is particularly relevant to my psychotherapy work and to the people involved in it, for whom much of what’s here has been specifically written. Some items are brief summaries, written to provide practical support in daily life. Other items are much more detailed statements, intended to explain important ideas and ways of thinking which support effective psychotherapy and good mental health. The range of topics is fairly broad, and may be expected to become more so, over time, as the number of documents available here increases.

Documents under development
Not yet complete, these documents are made available while still under development because one or more individuals need access to them. Since development on them is ongoing, their structure may yet undergo radical revision, before the document is considered complete. Sources of information, notes, and internals links will all typically be anywhere from completely missing to somewhat complete. Be patient, and it will all appear.
